Decided it was time to revamp the yard but I had no idea what kind of pool I wanted or what would suite the area the best. I wanted to support a local business as we bouldercitians do, so I reached out to Poseidon Pools. Heather was extremely sweet and welcoming, and boy does she know her stuff! Any questions or concerns I had, she had the answers for. A few designs were put together for us to choose from and boy was it hard to decide! Once construction was started, I was kept updated throughout the whole process by our foreman Mike. The pool and landscaping turned out absolutely amazing! After some research on fiberglass pools, I’ve met with a few different companies. One of them didn’t respond very quickly and overall had terrible reviews. The minute I called Poseidon Pools and Spas, Heather was very friendly and did everything quickly for me. The design was perfect and overall the process was very quick. Construction was quick and Mike (our construction foreman) kept us in the loop with scheduling, and was very informative on how to care for our new fiberglass pool. I will say if you decide to get a pool, it will get messy as this is major construction but I understood that from the start and had patience and I am so glad I did because my pool is perfect and beautiful! My wife and children now have the perfect backyard to relax in and have fun for the summer. I would highly recommend them. The customer service is unlike any other!
